Senator Charles W. Wiger called the meeting to order at 8:30am

S.F. 2543: Senator Wiklund: Innovation in education opportunities expansion.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2543, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2604: Senator Kent: Student-user privacy rights establishment; online educational services security and privacy standards compliance requirement; student information use for student profiles or targeted marketing prohibition.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2604, be laid over.

S.F. 2597: Senator Kent: All Kids Count Act.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 2597, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 1782, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the .
