Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 8:45am

S.F. 907: Senator Eken: Western border city enterprise zones permanent tax reduction.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 907, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1479: Senator Saxhaug: Commercial-industrial and seasonal residential recreational property state general levy base modification; seasonal residential recreational tax capacity change.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1479, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 586: Senator Jensen: State general levy automatic inflation elimination.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 586, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1557: Senator Rest: State general levy amount reduction and automatic inflation elimination.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1557, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1722: Senator Thompson: State general levy phased out over six years; student achievement levy repeal.



Senator Thompson moved that S.F. 1722, as amended and referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1414: Senator Marty: Sustainable Forest Incentive Act provisions modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 1414, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
