Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 9:15 am.

S.F. 610: Senator Jensen: Implied consent court proceedings necessity defense establishment.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 610, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

SF 610 was heard and discussed on 2/12/15. No testimony will be taken. It will be brought up in order to move the bill to the Senate Floor.


S.F. 878: Senator Latz: Criminal justice finance bill.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 878, be referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.

No testimony will be taken on SF 878. The bill will be heard for only the procedural purpose of moving the bill to the Finance Committee.


S.F. 1390: Senator Dibble: Residential lease notice of intention to quit and rent increase provisions modifications.
