Senator Charles W. Wiger called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

S.F. 1495: Senator Wiger: Education policy bill.



Discussion only.

S.F. 811: Senator Wiger: Pre-kindergarten through grade 12 education funding.



Senator Wiger moved that S.F. 811, be referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation.

S.F. 334: Senator Johnson: Childhood screening program vision screening requirement modification.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 334, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to Finance Committee. - MOTION FAILED.

S.F. 343: Senator Kent: National association of sport and physical education kindergarten through grade 12 standards and benchmarks adoption requirement.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 343, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
