Senator Richard Cohen called the meeting to order at 8:49 am. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2616: Senator Dibble: Transportation department (DOT) reporting requirements elimination; obsolete and redundant provisions elimination; conforming changes.


S.F. 1484: Senator Sheran: Dental licensing, health related licensing boards, advanced practice registered nurses, disciplinary actions, pharmacy board, and controlled substances modifications.


S.F. 511: Senator Sheran: Advanced practice registered nurse health care delivery access improvement establishment.


S.F. 1890: Senator Sheran: Nursing board grounds for disciplinary action modification; health professionals services program modification; health-related licensing board members compensation modification.


S.F. 1978: Senator Johnson: Women veterans special license plates establishment and appropriation.


S.F. 2071: Senator Sheran: Combat wounded veterans motorcycle plates authorization.


S.F. 1922: Senator Cohen: Peace officer standards and training (POST) board funds carryover to combat sexual exploitation of youth.


S.F. 2480: Senator Latz: Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedies Act.
