Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:15 pm.

Department of Corrections overview of supplemental funding requests:
     critical staff operating increase and prison population growth.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1922: Senator Cohen: Peace officer standards and training (POST) board funds carryover to combat sexual exploitation of youth.



Senator Champion moved that S.F. 1922, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2214: Senator Champion: Expungement of criminal records and eviction records provisions modifications.
