Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 9:12 a.m.
Senator Dibble presented S.F. 2194. Senator Rosen moved that S.F. be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Health and Human Services Article to the Omnibus Bill. Motion prevailed.
