Senator Tony Lourey called the meeting to order at 9:12 a.m. Senator Dibble presented S.F. 2194. Senator Rosen moved that S.F. be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Health and Human Services Article to the Omnibus Bill. Motion prevailed. Testifiers: Suzi Schatz, Lutheran Social Services and Youth Moving Forward Brian Pittman, Wilder Research Jennifer Erdman, Lakes and Pines Community Action Megan Bohlman, Lakes and Pines Community Action Wendy Tentis, citizen Frances Mathes, Department of Human Services Senator Dibble presented S.F. 1063. Senator Sheran moved the adoption of the A-1 Amendment. Amendment was adopted. Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1063 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Health and Human Services Article to the Omnibus Bill. Motion prevailed. Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 2194, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Health and Human Services Article of the Omnibus Bill.

S.F. 1063: Senator Dibble: Medical assistance (MA) transfer penalty exception clarification.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1063, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2182: Senator Sheran: Recovery school programs grants appropriation.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 2182, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the Health and Human Services Article of the Omnibus Bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2392: Senator Franzen: University-affiliated children\'s hospitals addition to the list facilities excluded from the fee-for-service payment rate reductions.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2392, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION PREVAILED.
