Senator Geoff Michel called the meeting to order at 10:35AM

S.F. 2391: Senator Rosen: National football league (NFL) stadium in Minneapolis; Minnesota stadium authority establishment; metropolitan sports facilities commission abolishment; local tax revenue use; electronic pull-tabs and bingo use; state appropriation bonds sale.



Senator Pederson moved that S.F. 2391, as amended and referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation.
