Senator Mike Parry called the meeting to order at 8:10am.

S.F. 1298: Senator Thompson: Small Business Bill of Rights - Regulatory Fairness Act; state agencies administrative and civil enforcement actions regulation.



Senator Thompson moved that S.F. 1298, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 1850: Senator Ortman: State employee gainsharing program maximum award amount increase.



Senator Ortman moved that H.F. 1850, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1808: Senator Rosen: Minnesota state retirement association (MSRS) correctional state employee coverage changes.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 1808, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 741: Senator Gazelka: Joint legislative administrative services offering by legislative coordinating commission (LCC) requirement.



Senator Gazelka moved that S.F. 741, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 1812: Senator Gazelka: State waste hauling contract modifications authorization.



Senator Gazelka moved that H.F. 1812, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2488: Senator Parry: Minnesota GI bill program expansion for apprenticeships and on-the-job training.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 2488, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
