Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 9:15 am. Quorum present.

S.F. 1806: Senator Chamberlain: Debt management services provider and debt settlement services provider definitions exemption clarification for attorneys at law.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 1806, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1888: Senator Thompson: Debt collection agencies licensure procedures and debt collector registration modification.
