Senator Claire A. Robling called the meeting to order at 11:17am.

S.F. 54: Senator Jungbauer: Claims against the state appropriation.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 54, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 288: Senator Howe: Dental laboratories regulations.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 288, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1244: Senator Dahms: Wetland conservation act provisions modifications; state environmental permit coordination and management requirements; environmental review procedures modifications; consumptive use of water permit authority.



Senator Magnus moved that S.F. 1244, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1363: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Outdoor heritage fund, clean water fund, parks and trails fund, arts and cultural heritage fund appropriations and provisions modifications; outdoor heritage provisions modifications; Clean Water Legacy Act and clean water council provisions modifica.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1363, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 918: Senator Gerlach: Microdistilleries and various liquor licenses authorization.



Senator Fischbach moved that S.F. 918, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 920: Senator Gimse: Miscellaneous transportation and highway provisions modifications.



Senator Parry moved that S.F. 920, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
