Absent: Senator Linda Scheid

Senator Scott Newman called the meeting to order at 12:15 pm. Senator Scheid excused. Quorum present.

S.F. 1308: Senator Limmer: Constitutional amendment to recognize marriage as union between a man and a woman.


S.F. 1306: Senator Rest: Probate provisions modification.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 1306, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1082: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Drivers license revocation for DWI convictions provisions clarification and conformance.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1082, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 926: Senator Gerlach: Residential property rights provisions modifications; Minnesota common interest ownership act association vote and lien provisions modifications.
