S.F. 445: Senator Stumpf: Resolution to support the Lake of the Woods water sustainability foundation water quality question.
Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 445, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3131: Senator Clark: Early childhood education and care advisory council statewide school readiness report card creation and implementation recommendations-- Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03.
Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 3131, the report from the previous committee be adopted. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3119: Senator Rummel: Early childhood education and care advisory council membership and duties modifications--Pursuant to JR 2.03.
Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 3119, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3275: Senator Anderson: Natural resources department long-range land management budget analysis requirement.
Senator Frederickson moved that S.F. 3275, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3251: Senator Berglin: Sexual psychopathic personalities treatment provisions modifications- Pursuant to JR 2.03.
Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 3251, moved to adopt the previous committee report and the report be adopted. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3201: Senator Berglin: Controlled substances registration regulations; controlled substances prescription electronic reporting system modifications--Pursuant to JR 2.03.
Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 3201, moved the previous committee report be adopted and the bill be referred to the Health and Human Services Budget Division. - MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3075: Senator Tomassoni: Joint powers agreements interference with the rights of employees covered by collective bargaining contracts prohibition.
