Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 1:34 p.m.

S.F. 1551: Senator Senjem: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) joint task force.

S.F. 312: Senator Scheid: Autism spectrum disorders health insurance coverage requirement and termination or restriction prohibition.



Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 312, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2010: Senator Scheid: Pilot program to stabilize market values of residential real estate in certain areas.



Senator Doll moved that S.F. 2010, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
