Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 3:37pm.

S.F. 1196: Senator Jungbauer: Minnesota manufactured home relocation trust fund establishment.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 1196, the previous comm. report be amended, pursuant to JR 2.03, so that SF 1196 be re-referred to Finance. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 886: Senator Vickerman: Resolution to promote the ability of the United States to compete in the global marketplace for talented and necessary workers and enact immigration reform.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 886, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1648: Senator Larson: Runway safety and airport zoning advisory task force.



Senator Clark moved that S.F. 1648, the previous committee report be adopted, pursuant to J.R. 2.03. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 162: Senator Sparks: Customer sales or service call center requirements imposition.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 162, Pursuant to JR 2.03, the previous committee report be adopted. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 6: Senator Pogemiller: Dallas Sams Outdoor and Cultural Legacy Act; Lessard heritage enhancement, great outdoors and cultural legacy funds creation; heritage enhancement council creation.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 6, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
