Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:34 AM.

S.F. 438: Forest and agricultural product loads restrictions modification; tax-forfeited lands timber sales provisions modification.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 438, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2057: Airport authorities creation.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 2057, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 6: Dallas Sams Outdoor and Cultural Legacy Act; Lessard heritage enhancement, great outdoors and cultural legacy funds creation; heritage enhancement council creation.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 6, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Administration: MOTION FAILED.
