Senator Linda Scheid called the meeting to order at 12:44 p.m.

S.F. 2223: Senator Pappas: Modifying malt liquor sales provisions at the State Fair Grounds.


S.F. 201: Senator Bakk: Brewpubs and small brewers off-sales regulation modification.


S.F. 390: Senator Moua: St. Paul on-sale intoxicating liquor license.


S.F. 1996: Senator Metzen: University of Minnesota on-sale intoxicating liquor license issuance.


S.F. 1656: Senator Tomassoni: Farm wineries on sale liquor license permission.

Senator Sparks moved that S.F. 1867, Recommended to pass, as amended and included in the Liquor Omnibus Bill, S.F. 1070. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1920: Senator Sparks: Miscellaneous financial institutions provisions modifications.


S.F. 1936: Senator Sparks: Musical performances and productions advertising and conduct regulation.


S.F. 1429: Senator Scheid: Motor carrier financial liability requirements for charitable organizations modification.


S.F. 162: Senator Sparks: Customer sales or service call center requirements imposition.
