Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:44 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:44 PM.

Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 809, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 883: Senator Scheid: Darlene Luther Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 883, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1398: Senator Marty: Health care facility domestic partner designation and health care agents patient visitation.
