Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:36 AM.

S.F. 3187: Senator Lynch: Sales tax exemption for health care facilities pollution control machinery and equipment.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3187, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3617: Senator Dibble: Property tax exemption for biomass electric generation facility modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3617, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3665: Senator Ortman: Governor\'s revenue recommendations.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 3665, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3709: Senator Rest: Crystal housing development account.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3709, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3180: Senator Rest: Fiscal note requests disclosure requirements and conclusions appeal process.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 3180, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1566: Senator Sieben: Tax increment financing plans acquisition of property procedures modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1566, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
