Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:19 pm.

Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 2749, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

Senator Prettner Solon moved that S.F. 2706, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3096: Senator Dibble: Energy improvement financing program for state and local governments.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 3096, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3081: Senator Doll: Public utilities services and cold weather rule past due payment arrangements provisions modifications; disconnection prohibition for medical conditions.



Senator Doll moved that S.F. 3081, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
