Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:12 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:10 PM.

S.F. 2861: Senator Higgins: Gang and drug oversight council annual legislative report due date modification.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2861, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2656: Senator Higgins: Executive branch employees emergency management training requirement.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 2656, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

Senator Foley moved that S.F. 155, be laid over.

Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 2390, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
