Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 9:18pm on March 16, 2020. Senator Rosen moved to recessed at approximately 9:30pm on March 16, 2020. Senator Rosen called the committee back to order at approximately 12:46am on March 17, 2020.

S.F. 3878: Senator Frentz: Nicollet to New Ulm trunk highway #14 reconstruction; transportation loan pilot program and appropriation; Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (FIFIA) of 1998 repeal.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3878, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4334: Senator Benson: Public health response contingency account money transfer authorization; health care response fund and provider grant loan program establishment; telemedicine services coverage authorization.
