Absent: Senator Jeff Hayden, Senator Ron Latz

Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 10:38 a.m. A quorum was present. Senator Hayden was excused.

S.F. 1680: Senator Utke: Supplemental Medicare coverage federally conforming changes.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1680, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1703: Senator Koran: Credit union conversion, merger or consolidation supermajority requirements elimination.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 1703, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 899: Senator Pratt: Financial services inclusion program grant to Prepare and Prosper appropriation.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 899, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.
