S.F. 349: Senator Jensen: Interoperable electronic health records system mandate elimination.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 349, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 350, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 463: Senator Nelson: Tobacco in schools prohibition extension to charter schools; tobacco and tobacco-related products sale minimum age increase requirement.
