Senator Marty called the meeting into order at 1:05 PM Senator Mathews assumed the chair at 1:06 PM A quorum was present Senator Osmek presented SF 3266 Energy storage bill Senator Osmek moved that the A-3 Amendment be adopted Motion prevailed on voice vote Nitzan Goldberger of Energy Storage Association testified Loren Laugtug of Ottertail Power Co testified Alison Groebner of the Department of Commerce testified Senator Osmek moved that SF 3266 as amended be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee Motion prevailed on voice vote

S.F. 3266: Senator Osmek: Investor-owned utilities inclusion in integrated resource plans of an assessment of energy storage systems requirement; energy storage systems cost-benefit analysis requirement; energy storage deployment targets consideration requirement.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 3266, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
