Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

Minutes from 4.13.23 were approved as presented.


S.F. 3172: Senator Green: Lake of the Woods County authorization to impose a special lodging tax.

S.F. 3208: Senator Hauschild: Net proceeds tax conversion into a gross proceeds tax.

Senator Hauschild moved the A4 Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A4 Amendment was adopted.

S.F. 73: Senator Port: Cannabis provisions modification.

Senator Klein moved the A128 Technical Amendment. The motion prevailed and the A128 Technical Amendment was adopted.

Senator Klein moved the A138 DE Amendment. Senator Rest requested a roll call. With a roll call vote of 6 yay, 3 nay, and with 1 member absent, the motion prevailed and the A138 DE Amendment was adopted.
