H.F. 1999: Senator Hawj: Clean water, parks and trails, and cultural heritage funds appropriation.

Senator Draheim moved the A9 amendment
The motion prevailed
Senator Mohamed moved to reconsider the A9 amendment
Senator Mohamed moved an oral amendment to the A9 amendment: On line 1.17, delete “section” and insert “act” and on line 2.16, delete “to nonprofit organizations”
Senator Mohamed moved that the title and contents of HF 1999 be stricken and replaced with the title and contents of SF 1682 as amended


Senator Mohamed moved that H.F. 1999, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
