Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:08pm.

S.F. 3157: Senator Dibble: Transportation Finance Omnibus: Walk-through with Senate counsel and fiscal staff.

Chair Dibble gave the gavel to Vice Chair Kelly L. Morrison.

Chair Dibble presented S.F.3157.

Chair Dibble moved the A1 Author’s Amendment. This was delete-all amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed.

Nonpartisan staff outlined the contents of the bill for the committee.

The committee opened to discussion and questions. Amendments were withheld for a future hearing.

S.F.3157, as amended, was laid on the table with the intention to hear testimony and further amend in future hearings.
