Requests to testify must be submitted by Thursday, March 16 at 2 p.m.
     Testimony is at the discretion of the chair and will be limited to the
     committee's jurisdiction over each bill. Testimony on SF73 which has been
     previously provided in a committee hearing will not be taken. Requests made
     after the deadline are at the discretion of the chair and will be
     considered only if testimony time is not already filled for the bill.

Handouts:
     Documents must be received by Thursday, March 16 at 2 p.m. to be
     disseminated to committee members and staff and meet the following
     requirements:
     
     1 page, PDF. Word documents will not be accepted.
     File names must include the bill number, chief author’s name, and a pro or
     con.
     
     If the letter is submitted on behalf of an organization, that must be
     disclosed in the file’s name as well.



Documents which are not received by the deadline, or that do not meet the
     requirements above, may not be included. Any individual or organization
     that wishes to provide a written statement the day of committee must bring
     30 copies for members and staff. Requests for Senate staff to duplicate
     documents may not be prioritized over other committee work the day of the
     hearing.
