S.F. 4898: Senator Westlin: Legislative email, telephone numbers, and office space usage restrictions provisions.

Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A1 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Senator Hemmingsen-Jaeger moved that S.F. 4898, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2321: Senator Johnson Stewart: Local government requirement to establish replacement accounts to maintain and replace capital projects that receive state funding.

Senator Johnson Stewart moved the A3 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted. Senator Johnson Stewart moved that SF 2321, as amended, be recommended to pass an re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED. Towards the end of the meeting, Senator Johnson Stewart moved to reconsider SF 2321, as amended. The motion prevailed.

Senator Johnson Stewart moved that S.F. 2321, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Capital Investment Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4932: Senator Xiong: Health insurance benefit plans offered in the nonrepresented employees compensation plan and the managerial plan in chapter 43A provision modification.

Vice Chair Gustafson assumed the gavel. Testifiers: Paul Moore - Assistant Commissioner, MN Department of Management and Budget Galen Benshoff - Enterprise Director, MN Department of Management and Budget Senator Xiong moved the A2 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted. Senator Matthews moved the A1 amendment. The motion failed by voice vote. Senator Drazkowski moved an oral amendment to SF 4932 as follows: Page 2, delete section 2 Senator Drazkowski requested a roll call vote for the adoption of the oral amendment. 5/6 (Ayes: Lang, Bahr, Drazkowski, Koran, Mathews; Nays: Xiong, Gustafson, Maye Quade, Cwodzinski, Hemmingsen-Jaeger, Johnson Stewart) MOTION FAILED. The oral amendment was not adopted.

Senator Xiong moved that S.F. 4932, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4059: Senator Xiong: Public television stations in greater Minnesota appropriation.
