Senator John A. Hoffman called the meeting to order at 3:01 pm in Room 1200 of the Minnesota Senate Building. A quorum was present.
Call to order
Chair Hoffman passed the gavel to Senator Fateh who assumed the role of Chair at 3:04 pm. Senator Fateh passed the gavel back to Senator Hoffman who assumed the role of Chair at 3:47 pm.

Chair Hoffman provided opening remarks on SF 0476, including the A-2 Delete All Amendment to SF 0476. Senate Non-Partisan Staff provided a walk through of the Amendment to SF 0476. Liam Monahan of Senate Counsel walked through the language of the Senate Human Services Omnibus Bill using the Bill Index. Member questions and discussion followed. No formal action was taken on the bill.
