Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:03pm. After every agenda item and before any action was taken, time was allowed for committee discussion and potential amendments.
S.F. 2971: Senator Dibble: Commissioner of transportation requirement to study, develop, and implement suicide prevention methods for construction of new bridges.
Chair Dibble gave the gavel to Vice Chair Ann M. Johnson Stewart for the duration of the bill presentation.

Chair Dibble moved the A1 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.
