Senator Foung Hawj called the meeting to order at 3:05pm. Quorum is present.

Call to Order


S.F. 4187: Senator Pappas: Notice of unlawfully transported infectious waster requirement.

Senator Pappas offers the A1 Amendment. Senator Johnson Stewarts moves the amendment, passed by a voice vote. S.F. 3799: Senator Hauschild: Greater Minnesota Regional Parks and Trails Commission provisions modification.

Senator Hauschild offers the A-2 amendment, motion, passed by a voice vote. S.F. 4229: Senator Hauschild: Commissioner of natural resources authority modification to provide training to individuals to inspect watercraft for aquatic macrophytes, aquatic invasive species, and water.
