S.F. 3684: Senator Kunesh: Mary C. Murphy Library Construction Grants Program modifications, appropriation, and bond issuance authorization.

Testifiers: - Senator Kunesh - Karen Lemke, Director, Rochester Public Library - Elizabeth Hoffman, Director, Plum Creek Library System - Erin Smith, Director, Viking Library System Senator Housley moves to have the A-1 amendment adopted – MOTION PREVAILS Senator Nelson moves that SF 3684 as ammended be recommended to pass and re-reffered to the Senate Finance Committee. MOTION PREVAILS

Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 3684, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4124: Senator Pappas: Port development assistance grant caps modification.

Testifiers: - Senator Pappas - Kevin Beardsley, Executive Director, Duluth Seaway Port Authority Bill is laid over for over for possible inclusion.

Senator Housley moved that S.F. 4124, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3762: Senator Farnsworth: Application of increased funding for water infrastructure grants clarification.

Testifiers - Senator Farnsworth - Mayor Doug Gregor, City of Aurora, Chair of the East Range Water Board - Dave Skelton, Treasurer, East Range Water Board - Chad Kolstad, MDH Senator Rasmusson moves to have that A-1 authors amendment adopted – MOTION PREVAILS Bill as amended is laid over for possible inclusion.

Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 3762, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3696: Senator Housley: Oak Park Heights appropriation modification.

Testifiers - Senator Housley - Carly Johnson, Oak Part Heights City Councilor - Lee Mann, Oak Park Heights City Engineer Bill is laid over for possible inclusion.

Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 3696, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Minnesota Department of Public Safety - Previously appropriated funds update - Governor's recommendations.
