Senator Foung Hawj called the meeting to order at 3:07pm. Senator McEwen has gavel at 3:18pm. Chair Hawj takes gavel at 4:15pm

Call to Order

Quorum is present. Senators Hauschild and Lang joins by remote. Senator Hoffman counted as absent.

S.F. 3999: Senator McEwen: Repeal requirement for commissioner approval of certain land acquisitions.

Senator McEwen moved that S.F. 3999, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3913: Senator Green: Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources conflict of interest provisions modifications.

Senator Green moved that S.F. 3913, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3857: Senator Hawj: Environment and natural resources trust fund appropriation.

Senator Hawj offers the Author's Amendment A-1, Senator Hawj moves the amendment, passed by a voice vote. Senator Green offers the A-2 Amendment, Senator Green moves the amendment, passed by a voice vote. Senator McEwen offers the A-3 Amendment, Senator McEwen moves the amendment, passed by a voice vote. Senator Drazkowski offers the A-4 amendment, was withdrawn. Senator Hawj moved that S.F. 3857, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
