Call to Order
H.F. 2442: Senator Frentz: Omnibus, Energy, Utilities, Environment and Climate policy and appropriations.
Senator Frentz offered the A31 amendment with an oral amendment incorporated to strike “S.F. No. 2393” and insert “H.F. No. 2442” on line 1.1 Olivia Syverson, Senate Counsel, spoke to the amendment Motion prevailed Dan Mueller, Senate Fiscal Analyst, spoke to the bill Senator Frentz moved that H.F. 2442, as amended, be recommended to pass and staff be instructed to make technical and conforming changes Senator Frentz requested a roll call There were 6 yes votes and 5 no votes Motion prevailed
Senator Frentz moved that H.F. 2442, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
