Vice Chair Maye Quade moved the A1DE amendment to HF 2309. MOTION PREVAILED. THE A1DE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED. Senators Lindsey Port and Jordan Rasmusson co-presented HF 2309 as amended. Senator Xiong moved that H.F. 2309, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION FAILED.

S.F. 570: Senator Hauschild: Permitting efficiency reporting requirements provisions modifications, environmental and resource management permit application process efficiency improvements provisions, Pollution Control Agency permitting provisions modifications, and appropriation.
