Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Call to Order.

Adoption of the minutes from 4/1/25.

The minutes from April 3, 2025 were approved as presented

S.F. 2993: Senator Champion: City of Minneapolis Upper Harbor Terminal Amphitheater construction materials refundable exemption provision and appropriation.

Testifiers: Dayna Frank – Owner, First Avenue Productions Ivan Winship – CFO, Minnesota Orchestra

Senator Rest moved that S.F. 2993, be laid over.

S.F. 3009: Senator Hoffman: Brooklyn Park tax increment financing special rules establishment.

S.F. 3114: Senator Utke: Independent School District No. 186, Pequot Lakes construction projects refundable exemption provision and appropriation.
