Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

Call to Order.


Adoption of the minutes from 3/26/25.

The minutes from March 26, 2025, were approved as presented

S.F. 2115: Senator Clark: Second assignment of the historic structure rehabilitation credit permission.

Senator Hauschild moved the A-3 amendment. The motion prevailed, and the amendment was adopted Testifier: John Greene – Senior Project Manager, AWH Architects

Senator Rest moved that S.F. 2115, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 768: Senator Mohamed: Underutilized buildings conversion refundable tax credit proposal, sunset for the credit provision, and appropriation.

Senator Klein moved the A-1 amendment.
