Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 12:40 PM

S.F. 2119: Senator Kupec: Local government emergency management provision and appropriation.

Senator Westrom moved that S.F. 1575, as amended and referred to the State and Local Government Committee without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1840: Senator Kupec: Grant program appropriation to promote certain nutrient management practices.

The following individuals testified on S.F.1840: Lee Helgen, Executive Director, Minnesota Crop Production Retailers; A-2 Senator Carlson moved, adopted by voice.

Senator Seeberger moved that S.F. 1840, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Agriculture, Veterans, Broadband, and Rural Development Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1690: Senator Kupec: Stewardship program establishment for circuit boards, batteries, and electrical products.

The following individuals testified on S.F.1690: Tom Johnson, Government Relations Director, MPCA; Maria Jensen, Co-director, RICA; Mark Raan(?), National Electrical Manufacturers Association;

Senator Oumou Verbeten moved that S.F. 1690, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 747: Senator Kreun: Minnesota Business Corporation Act provisions modifications.
