Senator Maye Quade called the meeting to order at 12:35pm.

S.F. 5048: Senator Hauschild: State-owned land oil and gas exploration and production leases facilitation; gas and oil regulatory framework recommendations to the legislature establishment; geologic carbon sequestration within the state report requirement; appropriating money.

Testifiers: PRich Sve, Commissioner, Lake County Joe Henderson, Director, Lands and Minerals, DNR Kyle Makarios, Mining Minnesota

Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 5048, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2394: Senator Kupec: Health Occupations Licensure Compacts establishment.



Senator Maye Quade moved that S.F. 2394, be laid on the table.

S.F. 4570: Senator Wiklund: Health-Related occupations licensing.

Senator moved the A16 amendment - adopted by voice Senator moved the A19 amendment - adopted by voice Senator Maye Quade moves to amend SF 4570 to add all sections from SF 2394 to SF 4570. Oral amendment: "delete everything and insert SF 4570 as amended" Senator Fateh moves to amend HF 4247 by deleting everything and inserting the contents of SF 4570 as amended. Senator Gustafson moves that HF 4247 as amended is recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 2026: Senator Mohamed: Speed safety camera enforcement pilot program establishment and appropriation.
