Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:06pm. After every agenda item, the committee opened up to discussion, potential amendments, and public testimony.

S.F. 4939: Senator McEwen: Limited drivers\' licenses for certain participants in treatment court establishment, requiring treatment court coordinators to provide certain information, providing for notification of termination from treatment court, and classifying data.

Senator McEwen moved the A1 amendment. The motion prevailed via voice vote and the amendment was adopted.

Senator McEwen moved that S.F. 4939 pass and be referred to the Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety. Senator McEwen requested a roll call on this motion. A roll call was granted.
