Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 8:37AM.

S.F. 667: Senator Kunesh: Minnesota Indian Family Preservation Act modifications.



Senator Champion moved that S.F. 667, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 5: Senator Marty: Catalytic converter purchase requirements establishment.

Senator Marty moved the A13 amendment 
The motion prevailed 
Senator Murphy moved that SF 5 be passed
Division was called
By a show of hands the motion prevailed with 6 yes votes and 5 no votes


Senator Murphy moved that S.F. 5, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
