Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at

S.F. 4399: Senator Oumou Verbeten: Direct Care and Treatment data requirements modification.

S.F. 4248: Senator Drazkowski: Courts to recognize the fundamental right to the parent-child relationship in child custody and parenting time determinations requirement.

S.F. 730: Senator Kreun: Classification clarification of certain data maintained by the attorney general.



Senator Kreun moved that S.F. 730, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION FAILED.
