Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the A5 amendment was adopted. Senator Nelson moved the A12 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A6 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion did not prevail, and the amendment was not adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A8 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion did not prevail, and the amendment was not adopted. Senator Jasinski moved the A7 amendment and requested a roll call which was granted. The following roll call vote was taken: - Yes: Jasinski, Coleman, Farnsworth, Lang, Nelson - No: Dibble, Johnson Stewart, Carlson, Hawj, Hemmingsen-Jaeger, McEwen With five votes in favor and six against, the motion did not prevail and the A7 amendment was not adopted. Chair Dibble moved that the S.F. 3988 pass as amended and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed.
