Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:46 a.m.

Call to Order

The minutes from April 9, 2026, were approved as presented.

Approval of the minutes from 4/9/26


S.F. 3900: Senator Rest: Legislative auditor recommendations regarding agency grant, inventory, and debt collection practices implementation provision and lottery provisions modifications.

Senator Rest offered the A-7 amendment. The motion prevailed, and the amendment was adopted. Senator Drazkowski offered the A-9 amendment. The motion prevailed, and the amendment was adopted.

Senator Rest moved that S.F. 3900, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 1312: Senator Rest: Allocation increase for the credit for sustainable aviation fuel.
