Senator Lindsey Port called the meeting to order at 12:36 pm

Call to Order

At 1:20 pm Senator Liz Boldon took the gavel At 2:15 Senator Lindsey Port took the gavel

S.F. 5060: Senator Port: Minnesota Housing Finance Agency supplemental budget adjustments.



Senator Port moved that S.F. 5060, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 203: Senator Port: Housing infrastructure bonds issuance authorization and appropriation.

Senator Port offered the A1 Amendment The A1 Amendment was adopted Senator Port offered the A2 Amendment The A2 Amendment was adopted Senator Putnam offered the A3 Amendment The A3 Amendment was adopted Senator Draheim offered the A8 Amendment The A8 Amendment was adopted Senator Boldon offered the A4 Amendment Senator Abeler offered the A14 Amendment to the A4 Amendment The amendment to the amendment was adopted The A4 Amendment as amended was adopted Senator Boldon offered the A13 Amendment Senator Pha requested a roll call vote for the adoption of A13 amendment. 9/0 (Ayes: Port, Boldon, Abeler, Clark, Draheim, Housley, Mohamed, Pha, Putnam; Nays) MOTION PREVAILED Senator Abeler offered the A10 Amendment Senator Abeler withdrew the A10 Amendment Senator Abeler offered the A12 Amendment On line 1.8, Delete everything after the period Delete everything on lines 1.9 - 1.13 The oral amendment to the amendment is adopted Senator Abeler withdrew the A12 Amendment

Senator Port moved that S.F. 203, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
