Presentation on North Star Promise

The following individuals testified on Presentation on North Star Promise: Carrie Schneider, Director of Research, Office of Higher Education Tara Winchester, State Program Administrator, Office of Higher Education

S.F. 4692: Senator Oumou Verbeten: Certain North Star Promise scholarship program eligibility requirements modifications and North Star Promise scholarships funding amounts modifications.

The following individuals testified on S.F.4692: -Mark Grant, MSCF -Abdikarim Hagi, Anoka Ramsey Community College, Coon Rapids

Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 4692, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3754: Senator Fateh: Increase the maximum income eligibility condition for the North Star Promise scholarship program.

Senator Fateh moved the A1 amendment, MOTION ADOPTED The following individuals testified on S.F.3754: -Nate Peterson, Executive Director of Financial Aid, University of Minnesota -William Luther, Director of State Affairs, University of Minnesota Undergraduate Student Government

Senator Fateh moved that S.F. 3754, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.
