Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:36 a.m.

Approval of the minutes from 3/26/26

The minutes from March 26, 2026, were approved as presented

Review of the Department of Revenue 2026 Tax Incidence Study

Testifier: Eric Willette – Tax Research Director, Department of Revenue The gavel was transferred to Senator Hauschild

S.F. 4787: Senator Rest: Advertising services tax creation.

Senator Rest offered the A-2 amendment. The motion prevailed, and the amendment was adopted. Senator Hauschild moved that S.F. 4787, as amended, be laid over.

S.F. 4690: Senator Rest: Various individual income and corporate franchise taxes and property taxes policy and technical changes provisions modifications, obsolete JOBZ provisions removal provision, and other miscellaneous tax provisions modifications.

Senator Rest offered the A26-0143 amendment. The motion prevailed, and the amendment was adopted.

Senator Hauschild moved that S.F. 4690, be laid on the table.
