Vice Chair Ann M. Johnson Stewart presented S.F. 4169 - Electricity sold as vehicle fuel tax modification provision. Vice Chair Johnson Stewart moved the A1 amendment. Via voice vote, the motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted.
